Our consultants will first review your application to see if your skills and experience best match with the position you are applying for. If so, our consultant will then contact you for an initial interview before presenting your application to their client. If you aren’t judged to be the most suitable candidate by the client, your resume will be retained in our talent database to be matched with future employment opportunities. Throughout the interview process Reeracoen Singapore will support you with interview preparation, constructive feedback, as well as salary negotiation advice.
Our preferred way of communication will be via phone calls or emails. With this, we can ensure your safety while making sure that your application gets to the hiring manager as soon as possible. We would only arrange a face-to-face meeting at our office in some cases where we will need to better prepare you for an upcoming interview. All meetings are by appointment only.
Based on your resume information, a profile will be created in our talent database after the initial contact. Our consultants will then perform a job match according to your qualifications and preference. You will be notified of the available opportunities via email. Alternatively, you may also access here to see if there are any job(s) that are you keen to apply for.
We understand that the probation period is also a period for candidates to decide their suitability with a company. As such, you will not be liable for any penalties if you choose to resign during your probation period. However, we highly encourage candidates to stay throughout the first 90 days of employment before making a decision.
