  • Do I need to pay a fee?

    No, it is not Reeracoen’s policy to charge candidates or employees.

  • What can I expect if I have submitted an application for a role?

    Our consultants will first review your application to see if your skills and experience best match with the position you are applying for. If so, our consultant will then contact you for an initial interview before presenting your application to their client. If you aren’t judged to be the most suitable candidate by the client, your resume will be retained in our talent database to be matched with future employment opportunities. Throughout the interview process Reeracoen Singapore will support you with interview preparation, constructive feedback, as well as salary negotiation advice.

  • Can I come to your office for an initial consultation?

    Our preferred way to communicate with you are through the means of phone calls & emails. With this, we can make sure your application gets to the hiring manager as soon as possible. Only in some cases where we need to better prepare you for an upcoming interview, we would arrange to meet you for a face-to-face meeting at our office.

  • How will I be notified of available job opportunities?

    A profile with your resume information will be created in our talent database after an initial contact. Our consultants will do a job matching based on your qualification/preference and will notify you of the available job opportunities via email. Alternatively, you can access to our homepage to see if there are any job(s) that you are keen to apply for.

  • I have joined a company with the help of Reeracoen Singapore. Will I be faced with any form of penalty if I terminate my employment during my probation period?

    You will not be liable for any penalties if you choose to resign during your probation period. We understand that probation period is also a period where candidates decide his/her suitability in a company. However, we would encourage candidates to stay on throughout the first 90 days of employment before you make a decision.
