They are looking for a Secretary & HR Executive (Japanese Speaking) to provide administrative, secretarial, and HR support to the firm's operations and legal team.Reporting to: Director 【Responsibilities】- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.- Prepare Letters of Engagement and other client-related documentation.- Provide HR administrative support, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment-related documents such as Letters of Appointment.- Conduct company searches and obtain corporate information from relevant authorities, such as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, including restaurant reservations, meetings, corporate gatherings, and flight bookings.- Support payroll and payment administration, including data entry into the banking system.- Process employee expense claims by collecting supporting documents and arranging payments through the banking system.- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and the legal team.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
