This role will play a key part in supporting intra-communication, media relations, and corporate branding across the South Asia region.Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】Regional Coordination- Coordinate and support the implementation of organisational development initiatives (e.g., performance management standardisation, digitalisation) in collaboration with country managers across the South Asia region.- Drive internal and external communication efforts, including crisis communication, media relations, and corporate branding, in partnership with regional stakeholders.- Facilitate effective information sharing and alignment within the Company Group through structured communication channels and initiatives.Local Support- Assist expatriates on international assignments with administrative arrangements, including coordination of Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, and housing matters.- Provide general administrative and corporate support as required to ensure smooth operations.
