The successful candidate will also support expatriate management, including coordinating employment and dependent pass applications and handling housing and tenancy-related matters.The secondary responsibility of this role is to support corporate communication. The successful candidate will work closely with country managers to implement initiatives driven by our Japan Headquarters, strengthen communication across the Group companies, support regional corporate communication efforts, and ensure consistent corporate values and branding across the South Asia region.Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】Administrative support - Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long-service awards, processing leave and claims, managing corporate card and air travel bills, and driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.- Support for expatriates on international assignments in coordinating employment passes, dependent passes, and handling housing and tenancy agreements. Corporate communication - Coordinate the implementation of initiatives from Japan Headquarters in working closely with South Asia country managers and strengthening regional communications by improving internal alignment across the Group companies, supporting corporate communication, and ensuring consistent corporate values and branding across the South Asia region.
