This role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the headquarters in Japan, regional offices across Asia & Oceania, and group subsidiaries.You will liaise closely with the headquarters in Japan, overseas offices, subsidiaries, and internal departments in Singapore. The role also involves coordinating with medical insurance providers and supporting expatriate-related administration. Business-level Japanese communication is required to facilitate effective collaboration between the Singapore office, Japan headquarters, and regional entities by supporting accurate spoken and written communication and bridging language and cultural differences in business operations.【Responsibilities】Corporate Planning & Administration- Consolidate and analyse business performance and financial data across the Asia & Oceania region, coordinating with regional offices where required.- Prepare, summarise, and draft periodic reports, management presentations, and other business materials in Japanese for submission to the headquarters in Japan.- Coordinate and support regional management meetings, including scheduling, information consolidation, and preparation of meeting materials.- Arrange business travel, administrative logistics, and hospitality support for business travellers and VIP visitors to Singapore.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations.- Perform other corporate planning and administrative duties as assigned by management.Human Resources & General Administration- Administer welfare and benefits programmes for Japanese expatriates across the region, including home leave, temporary return travel, education subsidies, and medical insurance coordination.- Assist with the circulation, tracking, filing, and maintenance of internal applications and related documentation.- Provide administrative and logistical support for expatriates before overseas assignments and during relocation.- Support HR and general administration activities as required.- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
