日系企業を中心に、社内トレーニングと人事コンサルティングのソリューション営業を行っていただくHRコンサルタントを募集いたします。初回提案から研修実施、フォローまで短くても半年程期間がかかりますので、粘り強く顧客フォローができる方を希望しております。研修営業はリピート率が重要な指標になりますので、深耕営業・ソリューション営業として力をつけていきたい方をお待ちしております。<具体的な業務内容>- メール、電話、オンライン会議ツールを通じて既存または新規顧客からのニーズをヒアリング- 顧客の現存課題や潜在ニーズを特定し、ソリューションを企画・検討- トレーニングの手配や当日の進行のサポート- マーケット分析を随時行い、最新のトレンドにあった企画提案を実施、並びに自社サービスの改善を実施- 日次のKPIや週次のレポート、月次・年次の売上分析作成、提出- 顧客、研修企画チーム、トレーナーと密に連絡を取り関係性を構築し、研修を成功に導く- トラブルやイレギュラー対応、ソリューションの提示、レポートの作成、プロセス改善の提言- 自身もトレーニングまたはワークショップに参加し、専門的および技術的な知識を維持- 必要に応じた出張(現在の状況ではなし)

They are looking for an HR and Admin Office to expand the business.【What will you be working on】- HR Operations Strategy: Develop and implement HR operations strategies aligned with the Company’s overall goals, objectives and business growth. - HR policies: Assure the Company’s HR policies are aligned with statutory requirements, properly implemented and practised. Revise HR policies from time to time upon necessities.- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for office staff and in-store sales associates, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. - Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. - Performance Management /Retention of Talents: make sure to provide a proper career development path to each employee. Assist the management in implementing the performance management process in goal setting, and performance appraisals.- Staff Monitoring: monitor staff attendance and make sure the work-life balance is maintained to achieve optimal performance by office staff and in-store sales associates- Team building: reinforce relations across the team by providing collective training sessions and/or events- HR Data and Reporting: Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics. - HR Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, such as recruitment agencies,- Payroll: Process monthly payroll by closely working with the finance manager. Make sure payments are done on time.- Liaise with government: fulfil MOM requirements for EP/SPass/WP application and renewal. - Process annual IRAS Income tax filing.- Oversee the group’s HR and administrative requirements in Singapore and also regionally.Admin function- Office maintenance: Manage daily general administration works including maintaining office stationery supplies, office housekeeping, and liaising with suppliers.- IT matters: Liaising with IT vendors for all IT-related matters.- Mails and Couriers: Sorting of incoming postal mail and arranging of courier services.- Insurance: Renewal of company insurance- Preparing of internal & external Memo- Booking: Booking of air ticket, hotel accommodation, restaurant, etc.- Team schedule: Manage and share team schedule

Our client who is a famous global manufacturing company is looking for a Global Learning Management Specialist who will be responsible for acting as a deputy for the global process owner of the learning management system (LMS), learning/training management processes and operating model. This is one of the biggest projects, consolidating existing regional systems into a new system.
