【What you will be working on】
1. Promote Global HR projects within RHQ and the group companies
- Participate in Global HR projects as a task force member and active support in the establishment and implement of the policy and scheme for Global Mobility, Job posting, Global Employee Value Proposition together with members in Japan Headquarters and other group companies.
- Support in international assignments and working with Japan Headquarters and group companies to review international assignments compensation and benefits, coordinating relocation activities and contracts preparation.
- Assist with checking tax and legal aspects of global projects with experts
2. The development of human talents in RHQ
- Assist with the validating remuneration and compensation scheme of our group companies’ executives and reporting to Japan Headquarter by gathering salary benchmarking data and compensation reviews.
- Support administrative tasks of succession planning of executives for our group companies and new markets.
- Assist with the planning Talent development programs for employees.
3. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
- Support the spreading of the Group's initiatives (vision, social contribution, etc.) to employees through activities.
- Support with the planning of initiatives to improve the score of Engagement survey.
- Promotion of Work-Style Reform.
4. Others relating to HR specifically assigned from the management
- Support any HR strategic tasks specifically assigned from the management.

(1) Manage HR consulting projects and provide HR-related services;

- Conduct job evaluation.
