事業拡大のために営業・人事・採用のご経験をお持ちのコンサルタントを増員で募集しております。
具体的な業務内容;
シンガポールに拠点を置く顧客に対して人材採用の観点から事業課題・経営課題解決に向けて支援をするお仕事です。
課題のヒヤリングから適切な人材の提案、面接支援、入社手配まで総合的なサポートを行って頂きます。
- 新規企業の開拓 (日本・アメリカ・ヨーロッパ・シンガポールローカル系企業)
- 新規求人のヒアリング・作成・条件のすり合わせ
- 日系・外資系企業向けに契約交渉、求人獲得交渉
- 既存顧客向けフォローアップ
- 社内のコンサルタントチームへの求人共有・内容のすり合わせ
- 企業様への選考プロセスのサポート(ご推薦、選考管理、入社フォローなど)
- その他、採用支援に関わる事務作業全般
入社後は、パフォーマンスに応じて、チームリーダーやマネージャー、拠点責任者などマネジメントポジションへの昇格が可能。
また希望があればReeracoenの他国への異動も可能。昇格、異動ともに実績あり。

- 大卒以上
- 2年以上の法人営業もしくは人材業界での勤務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力

They are looking for a Sales Executive (Japanese speaking) to drive business growth and expand market presence across the Southeast Asia region.【Responsibilities】- Lead sales activities to achieve company targets, adjusting strategies as needed.- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, introducing new products and expanding their SKU range.- Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and display optimization.- Research and reach out to potential clients to develop new sales channels.- Conduct meetings, training sessions, and attend industry events.- Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business deals.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.- Prepare reports, proposals, and other documentation to support business decisions.- Collaborate with the sales team in Japan HQ and report regularly.- Perform on-site activities to arrange in-store displays.
