Our client, a leading Japanese multinational corporation specializing in tools and equipment supply, is seeking an IT Developer (HRIS) to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Design, develop, and implement internal HR web applications, including employee portals, onboarding systems, leave management, performance management tools, employee engagement platforms, recruitment systems, dashboards, and payroll-related solutions.- Collaborate closely with designated software developers and HR stakeholders to design and deliver technology solutions that address business and operational needs.- Gather and analyze user requirements, translate them into system specifications, and manage the full development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance, using Agile methodologies.- Administer, maintain, and support self-hosted Linux servers in a production environment, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.- Develop system integrations, automation scripts, and reporting dashboards to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR operations through innovative web and mobile solutions, digitalization, and process automation.- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code in accordance with development best practices.- Independently manage projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption.- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for HR systems and applications.

Our client, a renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Assistant HR Manager (F&B). This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both recruitment and HR operations and is looking to potentially further develop into an HR Assistant Manager role. The successful candidate will be exposed to a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and expatriate support. This role offers strong career development opportunities for individuals who are ready to take on broader responsibilities over time. Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both restaurant and corporate positions. - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs. - Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage job posting platforms. - Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation. 2. HR Operations & Administration - Prepare and maintain employment documentation (contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, resignation letters, etc.). - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Support payroll preparation and monthly HR administrative processes. - Track probation reviews, contract renewals, and leave administration. - Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. 3. Employee Relations - Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. - Assist in handling employee enquiries and providing HR guidance. - Conduct exit interviews and support compilation of feedback and turnover trends. - Participate in HR process improvements and policy updates. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required. 4. Others- Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by Manager
