This role plays a key function in ensuring project processes, procurement, and financial tracking are properly managed and compliant with internal policies.【 Responsibilities 】1) Procurement & Contract Administration:- Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.- Gather Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure compliance with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and legal checks.- Facilitate contract signing and Purchase Order (PO) issuance in line with company policies.2) Financial Administration:- Process invoices and payments in coordination with internal finance teams and approvers.- Track and reconcile vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.- Maintain clear records for audit and compliance purposes.3) Budgeting & Forecasting:- Forecast project spend and compare against allocated budgets.- Monitor variances, investigate discrepancies, and provide clear explanations to stakeholders.- Support financial reporting and ensure transparency in project financials.

Site Administration & Coordination- Manage and oversee all site administrative functions, including site coordination and operational support.- Handle the setup of site offices and dormitories, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety requirements.- Coordinate utilities applications and site facility maintenance.- Prepare site documentation and reports required by internal and external stakeholders.2.
