  【What will you be working on】
  • Conduct interviews (via phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Manage the interview process (i.e. arranging for interview schedules etc).
  • Sourcing suitable candidates in accordance with the client's needs and requirements.
  • Screening of resumes, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Act as a career advisor and provide career consultation to candidates.
  • Managing job offer processes (negotiating salary packages, commencement dates, and allowance).
  • Posting jobs, sourcing, and following up before the candidate's commencement.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
