Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS, Database & Cloud Administrator to join the Global IT DBA team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, performance, availability, and security of the company's Oracle environments across both on-premises and cloud platforms.You will work across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Database, SOA/middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), supporting critical enterprise systems used across the organisation. The role is well suited to a senior Oracle professional who enjoys working across application, database and cloud infrastructure and is comfortable taking ownership of complex production environments.【Responsibilities】1. Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Administration- Administer, maintain and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and environment cloning.- Manage concurrent managers, workflows, user access, responsibilities and custom applications.- Monitor EBS system availability and performance and troubleshoot application-related issues.- Support EBS backup, recovery, migration and environment refresh activities.- Work closely with functional and development teams to resolve technical issues and support system enhancements.2. Oracle Database Administration- Administer and maintain Oracle databases, including Oracle 12c, 19c and later versions.- Perform database installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and migrations.- Monitor database performance, capacity, availability and overall health.- Perform database tuning and optimisation to improve system performance.- Manage backup and recovery using RMAN and support high-availability and disaster-recovery environments.- Administer technologies such as Oracle Data Guard and GoldenGate where required.- Utilise Oracle Enterprise Manager and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.3. Oracle SOA & Middleware- Administer and support Oracle SOA Suite and related middleware environments.- Manage and troubleshoot BPEL, OSB, web services, adapters and SOA composites.- Support deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting of integration services.- Collaborate with application and development teams to resolve middleware and integration issues.- Ensure the reliability, performance and availability of SOA environments.4. Cloud Infrastructure- Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments hosting Oracle workloads.- Support cloud migration, deployment and infrastructure enhancement projects.- Manage cloud compute, storage, networking, security and identity/access configurations.- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using tools such as Terraform, Ansible or OCI Resource Manager.- Monitor cloud performance and resource utilisation and identify opportunities for optimisation and cost efficiency.- Support Oracle workloads hosted on other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure where required.5. Security, Compliance & Disaster Recovery- Implement security best practices across Oracle EBS, databases, middleware and cloud environments.- Apply security patches and support vulnerability assessment and remediation activities.- Ensure systems comply with relevant internal security policies and regulatory requirements.- Maintain backup, recovery and disaster recovery procedures.- Participate in regular disaster recovery drills and ensure recovery procedures are properly documented.6. Production Support & Collaboration- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle EBS, database, middleware and cloud-related incidents.- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.- Work with Oracle Support and external vendors when required.- Collaborate with global IT, application, infrastructure and development teams on projects and system enhancements.- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.- Participate in on-call support and occasional weekend/holiday activities for critical incidents, upgrades and maintenance.
