Our client is a well-established company specializing in semiconductor-related products and services. They are currently seeking a Purchasing Officer to support their procurement operations and ensure the smooth execution of purchasing activities.【Responsibilities】- Issue, process, and manage purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner- Coordinate and manage purchase-related shipments, delivery schedules, and supporting documents- Create, update, and maintain purchasing codes and records in the internal system- Liaise closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or delivery- Support purchasing process improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures- Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned
