Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in the supply of electrical components and kitting services across Asia. They are establishing a new factory focused on PCBA operations. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Quality Assurance Leader (PCBA) to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead QA for SMT1, SMT2, and DIP lines (one leader covering both SMT lines).- Oversee PCBA in-process and finished-goods inspections, manage NCR/CAPA, conduct line audits, and act as the liaison for customer quality matters.- Develop QA work standards, sampling plans, and ensure compliance with IPC/IFR/IFRS* where applicable; drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Mentor QA operators and manage scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
