Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, product merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a Senior Executive HR. 【 Responsibilities 】- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, leave management, employee data, and onboarding/offboarding.- Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, interview coordination, and pipeline management.- Assist Management with organizational planning, manpower forecasting, and HR strategies.- Liaise with Japan HQ on HR communication, documentation, and cross-border matters.- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, the Singapore Employment Act, and internal policies.- Update and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.- Handle expatriate administration, including work passes, visa renewals, and relocation support.- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.- Oversee office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.- Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Our client is a well-established Consumer Wellness Company, and they are currently seeking a HR & Admin Executive to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Talent acquisition: Identify, attract, and source candidates using various methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.- Job description creation: Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role's requirements.- Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and perform assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.- Hiring process management: Coordinate the entire hiring cycle, including scheduling interviews, performing background and reference checks, and extending job offers.- Onboarding: Work with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.- Relationship building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience and successful hires.- Strategy and record-keeping: Develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate records, and stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations. - Other Responsibilities: Prepare monthly payroll, reimbursements, claims and CFP and perform other general HR & Admin duties as assigned.
