Our client is an IT services company specializing in IT infrastructure operations, system development, and support services. They are currently seeking an Admin Executive to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Manage procurement and sourcing activities, including the preparation and coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.- Understand IT-related scopes of work and participate in commercial negotiations and discussions with vendors and stakeholders.- Handle contract processing in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including adapting to new procedures as needed.- Manage payment processes and related follow-ups, such as post-payment accounting and tax matters.- Maintain and manage contract records and documentation.- Support IT Asset Management through daily record keeping, periodic inspections, and handling ad hoc requirements.- Assist in vendor management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.- Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve and optimize internal processes.

Our client is a leading real estate developer, and they are seeking a HR Executive to join the team! 【 Responsibilities 】- Support recruitment activities across Group companies, including managing candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and handling related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees within the Group.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, personnel files, and required documentation.- Coordinate and provide support for employee training programs and related activities.- Manage and update the HR management system, and respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters.- Undertake other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
