Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment.The Production Service Engineer will play a key role in providing post-sales technical support for customers using the company's Automated Test Equipment (ATE). You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth production ramp-up, improve manufacturing yield, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective production solutions.Working as part of a customer-facing team, you will collaborate with Account Managers, Service Sales, and System Application Engineers to deliver high-quality technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.Reporting to: Manager【Responsibilities】- Provide post-sales technical support for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).- Assist customers in resolving production issues, including test program debugging, production correlation, and yield improvement.- Support production ramp-up activities and ensure timely resolution of manufacturing challenges.- Facilitate the integration of ATE systems into customers' production environments.- Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and drive continuous product improvements.- Partner with the Service Sales team to identify opportunities for production solution services.- Ensure all service contract deliverables are fulfilled according to customer expectations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and effective technical support.

They are currently looking for an Senior Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for product design from concept through mass production, technical coordination with customers and suppliers, and cross-functional project execution.Report to: Senior Designing Manger【Responsibilities】1. Product Design & Development- Design and develop IC sockets and/or connectors for semiconductor applications- Develop products using machined parts, stamped parts, and injection-molded components- Lead projects from concept design to mass production, including prototyping, design iterations, and production release- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T for high-precision mechanical components2. Design Quality & Engineering Validation- Conduct DFM / DFA / DFMEA at both part and assembly levels- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, and define corrective actions- Ensure design robustness for high power, high current, and/or high-speed applications3. Co-Design & Simulation- Collaborate in mechanical, thermal, and electrical co-design activities- Perform mechanical simulation (FEA) using SolidWorks- Conduct thermal simulations for air or liquid cooling solutions using SolidWorks- Perform high-frequency electromagnetic simulation using Ansys HFSS4. Customer & Supplier Interface- Conduct technical discussions with customers- Translate customer requirements into detailed engineering specifications- Coordinate with tool makers, machining vendors, molding suppliers, or in-house factories- Provide technical support during product development and production phases
