They are looking for an Operations Executive (Japanese-speaking) to support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations across outlets. This role is key in bridging communication between the Japanese HQ and local teams, while also coordinating promotions and in-store POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials.【Responsibilities】- Coordinate day-to-day operations and support outlet managers.- Liaise between Japanese HQ and local teams — translate, interpret, and ensure smooth communication.- Manage and roll out POP/promotional materials (posters, menus, table stands, etc.) across outlets.- Track KPIs, schedules, and follow-up on action items with operations teams.- Assist with projects, training programmes, and policy compliance.
