Our client, a renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a General Admin Executive.【 Responsibilities 】1. Communication & Coordination- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence- Serve as a liaison between the Japan HQ team and internal departments for timely document submission and communication2. Leasing & F&B Administration- Coordinate and maintain various licenses, including Liquor Licenses, Electrical LEW, Gas Inspections, and Food Shop Licenses- Update internal systems when there are changes to hygiene personnel at outlets- Provide general administrative support to F&B outlets as required3. Office Administration- Coordinate repair and maintenance services for office and outlets- Manage company insurance renewals and related documentation- Submit invoices through the internal company system4. Document Management- Prepare, organize, and retrieve documents in both hardcopy and digital formats- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems- Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa (as needed)5. Scheduling & Event Coordination- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments- Support the planning and coordination of company events and internal activities
