They are currently looking for Service Crew for their outlet based in Jewel or Takashimaya.【 Responsibilities 】- Welcome guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner in line with company standards.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a tidy environment at all times.- Handle duties such as taking food and drink orders, cashiering, and performing any other ad hoc tasks as needed.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to provide exceptional service.- Manage and deliver food and drinks to guests efficiently.- Perform basic service duties to enhance the guest experience.- Establish rapport with guests to ensure they have a satisfying and enjoyable experience.
