They are currently looking for a Talent Assessment Specialist in developing and implementing talent assessment processes.【 What you will be doing 】- Take charge of talent assessment using BEI (Behavioral Event Interview) and other methods. Ensure that the organization is able to identify, select the best candidates, and execute the best talent development activities through a rigorous and effective talent assessment process by using analysis tools such as Korn Ferry, SHL, or other assessment software to evaluate talent- Responsible for conducting assessments of candidates using BEI and other methods. This will involve scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests and assessments, and evaluating candidate performance against established criteria.- Use analysis tools such as Korn Ferry, SHL, or other assessment software to evaluate and determine candidate suitability for specific roles. This will involve reviewing candidate performance data, comparing candidates against established criteria, providing feedback and making recommendations to the Hiring Managers/Stakeholders in order to aid them in making decisions about hiring, promotion, development, and retention of employees.- Any other ad hoc or additional related tasks or duties as per delegated by the Management as it considers necessary.
