Our client, a Japanese-listed consulting firm specializing in human capital development and organizational development, is seeking a Consultant to join their Singapore office.The firm primarily supports major Japanese multinational corporations across the Asia-Oceania region (local subsidiaries and regional headquarters), focusing on organizational localization initiatives, leadership development, and talent strategy.This role involves end-to-end consulting responsibilities — from organizational diagnosis and problem identification to solution design, delivery coordination, and implementation support.【 Responsibilities 】- Assess client organizations’ human capital and organizational challenges through stakeholder interviews and analysis- Identify key organizational development issues and propose tailored solutions- Design customized human capital and organizational development strategies- Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations- Coordinate and assign appropriate delivery teams, including external consultants- Support contract finalization and project setup- Facilitate project meetings and manage implementation progress- Provide ongoing advisory and coordination support throughout execution- Manage end-to-end project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
