Reeracoen Singapore is a start-up recruiting firm based in Singapore, with businesses around Asia. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Part-time). This role will be assisting the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and following up with our existing clients. You will be required to create sales pipelines and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with client companies. You will be reporting to a full-time Business Development Executive.
【What you will be working on】
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition to achieve sales targets.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Analyze, differentiate and convert clients to create new business opportunities.
- Canvass new potential clients via prospecting activities (e.g., cold calling, networking, etc).
- Prepare customised marketing pitch decks & proposals as well as managing end to end sales processes.
- Negotiate with clients on the terms of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver business results.
【What you will receive】
- Hourly Paid 15 - 20 SGD (depending on your experience)
- Min 20 hours per week (e.g. 4 days, 5 hours)
- KPI Incentive: Up to S$ 500
