Reporting to: Career Consultant Manager 【What will you be working on】• Conduct interviews (via phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.• Manage the interview process (i.e. arranging for interview schedules etc).• Sourcing suitable candidates in accordance with the client's needs and requirements.• Screening of resumes, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.• Act as a career advisor and provide career consultation to candidates.• Managing job offer processes (negotiating salary packages, commencement dates, and allowance).• Posting jobs, sourcing, and following up before the candidate's commencement.• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
