Our Client is a Japanese HR Company. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager to oversee both the HR consulting and organization development.【 What you will be doing 】- Manage and lead HR Consulting and HR Development/Organizational Development Teams- Manage HR consulting projects and provide HR-related advisory;- Develop and design HR policies by providing professional service or/and managing consultants/assistants; Grade, Remuneration, Appraisal, Performance Management, HR Development, Organizational Development and etc., to solve clients’ issues.- Conduct job evaluation.- Execute/instruct whole HR consulting projects; make proposals, plan whole schedule, arrange meetings, analyze logically HR-related data, lead and facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables including delivering customized training programs/workshops, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project.- Provide professional advice on miscellaneous labour issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department.- Create and execute open training programs for the group- Manage whole open training programs; design open training programs on an annual basis, deliver the programs partnering with training vendors, assess the success of the programs, track the budgets, oversee payment/invoicing and etc.- Support implementation and operation of standard HR policy (Global HR Framework) for global officesImplement global HR policy to Branch Offices mainly in Asia Oceania Region and support operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, and training of HR managers/staff at each office.
