As a Talent Sourcing Consultant (Career Consultant), you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants (RAs) to support candidates in finding and securing meaningful job opportunities. Do Your Best!【Responsibilities】- Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person, including screening and evaluation.- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups.- Source and identify candidates aligned with client requirements and expectations.- Review resumes, interview, and select candidates who meet job criteria.- Provide career advice and consultation to support candidates in achieving their career goals.- Oversee job offer processes, including salary negotiations, start dates, and allowance discussions.- Manage job postings, sourcing efforts, and follow-ups up to the candidate's start date.- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring all candidate and client interactions are documented.- Follow up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth start and support their well-being in the new role.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support recruitment operations.

Our client, a Japanese-listed consulting firm specializing in human capital development and organizational development, is seeking a Consultant to join their Singapore office.The firm primarily supports major Japanese multinational corporations across the Asia-Oceania region (local subsidiaries and regional headquarters), focusing on organizational localization initiatives, leadership development, and talent strategy.This role involves end-to-end consulting responsibilities — from organizational diagnosis and problem identification to solution design, delivery coordination, and implementation support.【 Responsibilities 】- Assess client organizations’ human capital and organizational challenges through stakeholder interviews and analysis- Identify key organizational development issues and propose tailored solutions- Design customized human capital and organizational development strategies- Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations- Coordinate and assign appropriate delivery teams, including external consultants- Support contract finalization and project setup- Facilitate project meetings and manage implementation progress- Provide ongoing advisory and coordination support throughout execution- Manage end-to-end project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables

Do Your Best!【Responsibilities】- Develop new clients through innovative business development methods, such as cold and warm calling, digital and in-person networking events, webinars, etc.- Establish and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, with a strong focus on relationship-building and demonstrating the value of our recruitment services.- Track market activity and industry trends to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.- Build and nurture close partnerships with existing clients to fully understand their organizational culture, specific hiring requirements, and recruitment challenges.- Advertise and search for candidates, working closely with CA to proactively source quality candidates through various job portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.)- Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our client.- Coordinate and manage the interview process between clients and candidates- Conduct continuous research and stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, salary benchmarking, and market demands to add value to client interactions.- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recruitment insights and market intelligence to assist clients in making informed hiring decisions.- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and client relationship management (CRM) tools, ensuring all candidate and client interactions are documented.
