Our client is a leading company in energy and infrastructure and is looking to recruit a General Manager to oversee the overall administrative operation of the Company.【 What you will be doing 】- Lead daily administrative operation of the Company with a specific focus on procurement for office services and supplies from local vendors including but not limited to office lease matters, office maintenance matters, office tenants matters, office and communication equipment supplies etc.- In consultation with Chief Admin Officer (CAO) and other functional teams, manage administrative issues including corporate governance and internal controls, risk management, emergency response, safety, BCP, and corporate events including receiving VIPs, audits, and government liaison matters;- Support CEO and CAO in terms of further understanding of Singapore’s: politics, culture, business practice, customs, legal systems, and history- Co-working with other functional teams and HQ to incorporate new subsidiaries and establish new offices and supports initial operations in regional countries. - Through constant engagement with the Company's employees and its affiliates, demonstrate the organization's corporate philosophy as a role model and exercise leadership in a setting with a wealth of cultural diversity to help the Company's organisational culture develop and grow.- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
