• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese specialized trading company focusing on the global trade of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Japanese speaking) to lead and establish their in-house finance and accounting function as the company transitions from outsourcing to internal management.
  
  You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance
  - Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals as needed
  - Develop and implement internal accounting and finance processes
  - Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
  - Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  - Lead financial initiatives that drive business growth
  - Prepare the company for IPO readiness, including financial audits, internal controls, and documentation
  - Support capital raising activities and coordinate with legal, IR, and underwriting teams as necessary
  ‐ Ensure compliance with listing regulations and investor reporting requirements post-IPO
