You will report to the Senior Manager of Leasing & Tenant Relations.【Responsibilities】- Manage leases and tenancy documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Liaise with tenants regarding documentation and address any inquiries.- Assist in ensuring all documentation aligns with the organization’s interests.- Monitor tenant compliance with the terms of the tenancy agreements.- Distribute electronic circulars and communications to tenants.- Compile and input tenants' gross sales data.- Update and maintain tenancy information within the MRI integrated system.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department.
