You will be involved in product development, formulation, testing, and customer support activities to ensure our bakery solutions meet both quality standards and client needs.【 Responsibilities 】- Develop and improve food improvers, formulations, and applications related to emulsifiers for cake products.- Conduct baking trials, including preparation of cakes, rolls, and pastries, and perform comparison tests for emulsifiers.- Work closely with the Sales and Application teams to provide technical support and ensure product performance meets customer requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both in-house and at client sites.- Propose and develop innovative concepts and prototypes based on market trends and business needs.- Ensure all products and formulations comply with regulatory and quality standards.- Maintain accurate records of methods, findings, and project documentation.- Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations of products.- Present new concepts and conduct live baking demonstrations for customers and seminars.- Support sample preparation and manage testing schedules.- Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the laboratory and production areas.
