They are seeking a Procurement Manager.The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the company’s procurement strategies and managing its supplier network to ensure continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and compliance for the canned foods portfolio across APAC. This role oversees end-to-end sourcing and operational procurement activities to meet product demand and service requirements.In addition, this role supports New Product Development (NPD) commercialization by enabling OEM/contract manufacturing execution—covering supplier feasibility, costing, trial coordination, compliance readiness, and launch supply assurance. Product strategy and concept direction are provided by the Commercial, Marketing, and Management teams.【 Responsibilities 】1) Develop procurement plans- Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with organizational strategy, APAC demand requirements, and margin targets- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve optimal procurement outcomes (cost, quality, service, and risk)- Establish and monitor category-level procurement KPIs, including savings/value delivery, contract coverage, OTIF/service levels, quality performance, and risk mitigation initiatives2) Manage vendors- Develop and implement vendor selection processes and criteria- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain effective working relationships- Review and validate information gathered on potential vendors to ensure alignment with procurement requirements- Analyze vendor proposals based on pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms and conditions3) Manage procurement activities- Assess product quality to ensure suitability and compliance with procurement specifications and quality standards- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives- Review audits of trade documentation and contract terms to mitigate procurement risks- Monitor market trends and vendor capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities- Enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness4) Enable NPD Commercialization (OEM Execution)- Support NPD commercialization through OEM feasibility assessments, costing inputs, and coordination of product trials- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain teams to ensure supplier readiness and proper documentation for product launch
