They are currently seeking a Sales/ Business Development Executive. This is a 1 year contract role which is renewable on a yearly basis.【Responsibilities】- Identify potential Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Electronics Manufacturers (CEMs), and end-user customers- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new customers through various channels, not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings- Build robust relationships with all personnel who have buying influence within our customers’ organizations- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process for our valued customers- Achieve sales targets set by the company

Our client provides comprehensive material handling solutions, including the distribution of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and related parts.They are currently seeking a Service Engineer. In this role, the incumbent will primarily support the Manager in planning and developing specific Dealer Support and Development Programs. The objective is to ensure that dealer service quality meets the company’s standards, thereby supporting overall business operations and the successful launch of new products.【Responsibilities】1) Dealer Development (50%)- Support the reporting Manager to manage the dealer support and development activities such as planning & setting up yearly development/enhancement programs for specific dealers- Plan and execute training on new products for the dealer- Prepare and review training materials- Plan and organize regional training for dealers based on training needs.2) Dealer Support (50%)- Assist the reporting Manager in managing and overseeing services.- Collaborate with Parts Sales & Machine Sales teams to provide technical support, conduct field visits, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for product improvement.- Manage the Dealer portal, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of service information through Product Support Bulletins
