Our client, a provider of high-quality plastics and synthetic rubber for industries such as automotive and electronics, is seeking an Assistant QC Chemist to join their esteemed organization.Reporting To: QC Manager / QC Supervisor【Responsibilities】- Perform hands-on laboratory analyses to support the setup, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instruments in the Quality Control (QC) laboratory.- Conduct analytical method validation, evaluate test results, and troubleshoot instrument performance and reliability issues.- Prepare, review, and maintain quality, safety, and training documentation related to laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with ISO and IATF requirements.- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of laboratory activities.- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the QC Manager or QC Supervisor.

The QC Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and ensure compliance to operating standards.【Responsibilities】- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw material, goods in process and finished products.- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.- Assists QC Manager in classification of final product and reworked lots.- Responsible for troubleshooting and investigating quality issues, implement improvement from Analysis gap study.- Monitor in-process samples, liaison with production teams for preventive & corrective actions.- Prepare activity and progression reports so recurring problems, either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures, can be identified and addressed.- Monitor the performance of staff, equipment and laboratory processes to ensure quality control system effectiveness and efficiency.- Preparation of quality and budget reports and updates.- Training of all lab assistants and shift technicians assigned to laboratory work.- Supervise and coach team members.- Supports QC department functions onsite and off-site as necessary.

They are seeking a Quality Executive to manage quality documentation, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement activities across operations and stakeholders.You will be reporting to the Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Review, prepare, and validate all incoming and outgoing quality data (eCOAs) to ensure compliance with client specifications (e.g., impurities USL, UCL, STC). Upload approved eCOAs for customer delivery in a timely manner.- Prepare, complete, and follow up on audit checklists required by customers and internal/external stakeholders, including suppliers, to achieve desired outcomes.- Participate in the preparation of ISO certification documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and checklists for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 renewal and surveillance audits. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to meet audit requirements.- Respond to quality-related issues and generate reports for customer and internal assessments.- Review all incoming quality data for raw materials prior to handover to Operations, and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers as needed.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to compile quality reports in line with customer and supplier requirements.- Participate in internal and external quality audits, investigate root causes, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to enhance operational quality, reduce complaints, and optimize procedures related to material handling, storage, shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
