Our Client is a Japanese food trading company, specializing in the import of Seafood. They recently established a factory to provide fresh salmon to their client. This position will be responsible for all QC tasks.You will be reporting to the Managing Director, Director & Production Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Products: Salmon and fish processing factory raw materials- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.- Receiving, labelling and analyzing samples for production (Raw material, intermediate products, final products etc.) - Maintain up-to-date quality control programs, policies, process workflows, procedures and work instructions- Create, and implement documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory- Preparing a manual for their products- Initiate actions to investigate customer complaints in consultation with relevant team members- Following the Sales representative to visit the client site if there is any trouble or complaint (Flow creation and response when there is a complaint)- Collect comprehensive evidence/crucial data, provide sound reasoning and propose possible root causes for customer complaints and internal rejection- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality enhancements. (communicate with factory and HQ overseas)- Undertake any duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in month-end closing, SAP costing, and tax compliance, while providing mentorship to our junior accounting team.Reporting to: Finance Manager【 Responsibilities 】1. Team Leadership & Supervision- Lead and mentor Accounts Assistants, ensuring all transactional accounting tasks are completed with high accuracy and within strict deadlines.- Conduct first-level reviews of work performed by the team to maintain quality control.2. Upload approved eCOAs for customer delivery in a timely manner.- Prepare, complete, and follow up on audit checklists required by customers and internal/external stakeholders, including suppliers, to achieve desired outcomes.- Participate in the preparation of ISO certification documents, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and checklists for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 renewal and surveillance audits. The QC Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and ensure compliance to operating standards.【Responsibilities】- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw material, goods in process and finished products.- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.- Assists QC Manager in classification of final product and reworked lots.- Responsible for troubleshooting and investigating quality issues, implement improvement from Analysis gap study.- Monitor in-process samples, liaison with production teams for preventive & corrective actions.- Prepare activity and progression reports so recurring problems, either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures, can be identified and addressed.- Monitor the performance of staff, equipment and laboratory processes to ensure quality control system effectiveness and efficiency.- Preparation of quality and budget reports and updates.- Training of all lab assistants and shift technicians assigned to laboratory work.- Supervise and coach team members.- Supports QC department functions onsite and off-site as necessary.
