They are seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Merchandiser (FMCG, Cleaning products) to ensure strong product visibility, optimal stock availability, and effective in-store execution across assigned retail accounts. This role plays a crucial part in supporting sales performance and maintaining brand standards in the FMCG retail environment.【Responsibilities】- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.- Monitor and report stock levels, display issues, and competitor activities to the Sales Executive.- Replenish and merchandise stocks to ensure attractive and organized displays.- Negotiate with store personnel for better shelf positions and additional space.- Execute promotions and ensure timely placement of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).- Maintain stock hygiene and prevent out-of-stock situations.- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.- Ensure workplace safety and security compliance.- Perform other duties as assigned.

They are currently looking for an Assistant/Lab Technologist.The Assistant/Laboratory Technologist supports Quality Assurance (QA) and laboratory testing activities to ensure raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product reliability and compliance within the company's manufacturing operations.【Responsibilities】- Conduct sampling, inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods according to specifications.- Receive, label, and store laboratory samples with appropriate safety and hazard information.- Review and verify incoming Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for compliance.- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration schedules, and inventory of consumables.- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of laboratory test results.- Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration to validate testing results.- Identify, report, and document quality or safety non-conformances promptly.- Issue non-conformity reports to suppliers and follow up on corrective actions.- Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).- Ensure compliance with QEHSMS, ISO standards, and workplace safety regulations.- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and laboratory security standards.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the QA Manager.

Our Client is an established Japanese Company which produces and sells polyvinyl alcohol resin and related chemicals. The QC Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and ensure compliance to operating standards.【Responsibilities】- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw material, goods in process and finished products.- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.- Assists QC Manager in classification of final product and reworked lots.- Responsible for troubleshooting and investigating quality issues, implement improvement from Analysis gap study.- Monitor in-process samples, liaison with production teams for preventive & corrective actions.- Prepare activity and progression reports so recurring problems, either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures, can be identified and addressed.- Monitor the performance of staff, equipment and laboratory processes to ensure quality control system effectiveness and efficiency.- Preparation of quality and budget reports and updates.- Training of all lab assistants and shift technicians assigned to laboratory work.- Supervise and coach team members.- Supports QC department functions onsite and off-site as necessary.
