Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, product merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking an Assistant Manager with Licensing Sales experience to join their dynamic team.【 Responsibilities 】- Develop and expand the company’s presence across Asia Pacific markets- Present, promote, and drive sales of character intellectual property (IP) and licensing solutions to existing and prospective clients- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships with clients and partners- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and achieve business targets- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans across APAC markets- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report to management on a regular basis- Support and guide junior team members when necessary- Support any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
