Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, product merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a HR Manager (Japanese Speaking) 【 Responsibilities 】- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, leave management, employee data, and onboarding/offboarding.- Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, interview coordination, and pipeline management.- Assist Management with organizational planning, manpower forecasting, and HR strategies.- Liaise with Japan HQ on HR communication, documentation, and cross-border matters.- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, the Singapore Employment Act, and internal policies.- Update and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.- Handle expatriate administration, including work passes, visa renewals, and relocation support.- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.- Oversee office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.- Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
