Our client is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Singapore and is seeking a Technology Development Process Senior Engineer to support advanced substrate manufacturing processes and drive continuous process improvement.Reporting to: Technology Development Process Manager (or appointed representative)【 Responsibilities 】1. Process Equipment Evaluation- Set up, qualify, and evaluate surface finishing and electroplating process equipment to ensure suitability for production use.2. Process Development & Optimization- Establish and optimize process conditions for immersion tin and electroless NiPdAu plating processes for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production improvement initiatives.3. Production Standardization & Quality Control- Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards, work instructions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and control plans.- Establish and standardize production conditions for FCBGA manufacturing processes.4. Process Change & Material Management- Evaluate and manage process change requests, ensuring proper implementation and validation.- Select and assess materials used in production processes to meet quality and performance requirements.5. Roadmap & Technology Implementation- Support verification and execution of technology roadmaps, including design rule validation and integration of new materials or processes.6. Inspection & Measurement Systems- Evaluate and establish inspection, measurement, and analytical equipment for surface treatment and plating processes.7. Customer & Technical Interface- Participate in technical discussions and meetings with customers to address process-related issues and provide technical solutions.8. Yield, Quality & Productivity Improvement- Drive initiatives to improve product yield, process stability, and overall quality performance.- Support productivity enhancement through process standardization, workflow optimization, and automation of inspection or control processes.9. Ad-hoc Support- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support operational and business objectives.

They are seeking a Technology Development Design Senior Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing.Reporting to: Technology Development Process Manager or as assigned【 Responsibilities 】1. Design & Engineering Support- Perform Design Rule Check (DRC) activities and manage related system registrations.- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and review customer feedback to improve design outcomes.- Prepare, manage, and support customer approval of product specification drawings.- Review first article development results in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for high-volume manufacturing.- Provide technical and engineering support for both in-process production and full-scale manufacturing.2. Design Review & Continuous Improvement- Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and design compliance.- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).3. Technology Planning & Development- Monitor customer requirements and industry trends, including materials and emerging technologies.- Develop and maintain Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines and checklists.- Collaborate with manufacturing, certification, and other stakeholders to integrate simulation and analysis results into product development.4. Customer & Supplier Technical Coordination- Act as a key technical contact for customer inquiries.- Coordinate test vehicle activities, including DOE planning, data collection, and analysis.- Support technical discussions and issue resolution with vendors and suppliers.5. Engineering Tools & Infrastructure Management- Manage CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA tools and coordinate with vendors for system support, defect resolution, and licensing matters.- Oversee engineering workstations to ensure system performance and operational efficiency.6. Additional Responsibilities- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager to support project and organizational objectives.

They are seeking an experienced Coating Process Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing.Reports to: R&D Manager【 Responsibilities 】1) Process Development & Optimization- Develop and optimize coating processes for photoresist and dielectric materials (e.g., PID, PI) on package substrates.- Establish uniform coating parameters to ensure consistent layer thickness and adhesion.- Optimize oven/thermal curing profiles for soft bake, hard bake, pre-bake, post-exposure bake (PEB), or final curing.2) Tool Management & Setup- Define tool requirements and support installation and qualification of coaters, hot plates, and curing ovens.- Maintain and troubleshoot coating and baking equipment to ensure uptime and performance.- Work with equipment vendors and facilities teams on preventive maintenance and upgrades.3) Process Monitoring & Control- Monitor coating quality, film thickness uniformity, and oven cure parameters using metrology tools (e.g., ellipsometry, thickness gauges, bake sensors).- Implement process control plans, including SPC charts and run-to-run feedback control.- Validate material compatibility, adhesion strength, thermal stability, and outgassing behavior.4) Defect Prevention & Yield Improvement- Identify and resolve coating and baking-related defects.- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure integrated process stability.5) Documentation & Compliance- Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, process specifications, recipes, and FMEAs.- Ensure all processes comply with environmental, safety, and chemical handling standards.6) Ad-hoc Duties- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
