Our Client is a water solutions company. As a key process engineer, you will lead end-to-end design and execution, from developing smart, efficient solutions for awarded projects to troubleshooting operational systems for continuous improvement. Be part of a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and real-world impact.【 Responsibilities 】- Understand project and client contractual requirements and scope of work- Clarify scope and deliverables to establish the contract basis with the client- Support the Project Management Team with updates on process deliverables and schedules- Prepare key process philosophies including control, startup, and shutdown philosophies- Develop comprehensive engineering documents such as: a. Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) b. Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD) c. Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) d. Heat and Mass Balances (H&M) e. Cause and Effect Diagrams f. Safe Charts and Material Handling considerations- Perform equipment and line sizing calculations (pumps, filters, separators, vessels, storage tanks, etc.), and hydraulic analysis- Prepare and review technical queries (TQs); liaise with clients to resolve and close out TQs- Conduct process studies and investigations specific to water treatment systems- Prepare detailed engineering reports such as: a. Process System Design Reports b. Vent and Drain Reports c. Utility Summaries- Create process datasheets for mechanical equipment and instrumentation- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide accurate process inputs- Perform interdisciplinary checks and contribute to deliverables including MEL, electrical load lists, weight reports, datasheets, and technical philosophies- Review vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements; provide technical feedback- Coordinate with third-party specialists on process and safety studies, including report reviews and workshop participation- Provide input to and prepare sections of operating manuals, pre-commissioning, and commissioning manuals
