Our client is launching a new business and establishing a new factory in Singapore. They are seeking a talented Plating Process Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing.Reports to: R&D Manager【 Responsibilities 】1. Process Development - Develop and optimize plating processes (e.g., electrolytic copper, Ni/Sn). - Evaluate new chemicals, materials, and equipment for plating process enhancement. - Establish plating parameters to ensure uniform thickness, adhesion, and reliability. 2. Process Control & Monitoring - Monitor plating bath chemistry and maintain proper control limits. - Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and DOE to analyze process capability. - Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve yield and throughput. 3. Yield & Quality Improvement - Conduct root cause analysis of plating defects. - Work with quality and reliability teams to address substrate failure mechanisms. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and cost efficiency. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Interface with design, manufacturing, equipment, and suppliers to meet production goals. - Support new product introductions (NPI) and qualification of plating processes. 5. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain detailed documentation of plating recipes, process controls, and specs. - Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH). 6. Ad-hoc duties- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.

They are seeking an experienced Coating Process Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced substrate manufacturing.Reports to: R&D Manager【 Responsibilities 】1) Process Development & Optimization- Develop and optimize coating processes for photoresist and dielectric materials (e.g., PID, PI) on package substrates.- Establish uniform coating parameters to ensure consistent layer thickness and adhesion.- Optimize oven/thermal curing profiles for soft bake, hard bake, pre-bake, post-exposure bake (PEB), or final curing.2) Tool Management & Setup- Define tool requirements and support installation and qualification of coaters, hot plates, and curing ovens.- Maintain and troubleshoot coating and baking equipment to ensure uptime and performance.- Work with equipment vendors and facilities teams on preventive maintenance and upgrades.3) Process Monitoring & Control- Monitor coating quality, film thickness uniformity, and oven cure parameters using metrology tools (e.g., ellipsometry, thickness gauges, bake sensors).- Implement process control plans, including SPC charts and run-to-run feedback control.- Validate material compatibility, adhesion strength, thermal stability, and outgassing behavior.4) Defect Prevention & Yield Improvement- Identify and resolve coating and baking-related defects.- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure integrated process stability.5) Documentation & Compliance- Create and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, process specifications, recipes, and FMEAs.- Ensure all processes comply with environmental, safety, and chemical handling standards.6) Ad-hoc Duties- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

They are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to oversee our daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our accounting records. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in month-end closing, SAP costing, and tax compliance, while providing mentorship to our junior accounting team.Reporting to: Finance Manager【 Responsibilities 】1. Team Leadership & Supervision- Lead and mentor Accounts Assistants, ensuring all transactional accounting tasks are completed with high accuracy and within strict deadlines.- Conduct first-level reviews of work performed by the team to maintain quality control.2. Financial Reporting & Costing- Drive the monthly Controlling (CO) costing closing process utilizing the SAP system.- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to prepare and consolidate the annual budget and periodic forecasts.- Support month-end closing activities, including the preparation and analysis of management reports and variance analysis.3. Accounts Payable & General Ledger- Oversee the payment workflow, reviewing all outgoing payments and ensuring corresponding journal entries are accurately captured in the system.- Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger through regular reconciliations.4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance- Manage quarterly GST submissions to IRAS and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.- Coordinate with external tax agents for corporate income tax computations and handle Section 45 withholding tax matters.- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during interim and year-end audits.5. Inventory Management- Coordinate and lead annual physical stock takes and periodic inventory cycle counts.- Reconcile physical stock against system records to ensure inventory accuracy.
