Our client, a prominent Japanese trading firm, is seeking an HR Officer/Executive.Department: General Affairs & HR Department (ADM)【Responsibilities】- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to onboarding, staff confirmation, offboarding etc. - Manage the payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processing such as bank transmission, CPF contributions etc. - Prepare and submit annual IR8A filing in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Submission of statutory government claims such as NS Make-Up Pay, government-paid leave claims etc. - Administer work pass/dependant pass applications, renewals and cancellations. - Update and maintain the accuracy of employee data, personnel files and other HR documentation with data integrity standards. - Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual health screening, wellness programs and other employee benefits. - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. - Support in organizing and coordinating company events and training sessions, etc. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes. - Perform any other ad-hoc HR-related tasks to be assigned.

We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who can balance both Recruitment and HR Operations while demonstrating a strong leadership potential to grow into a key member of HR team.Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】1. Recruitment (Leadership)- Lead the end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple outlets- Lead, coach, and mentor junior recruiters. - Engage, influence, and partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Ensure the team has a strong sense of ownership towards recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes. 2.
