Job Description
Our client, a leading Japanese chemical manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support both building facilities and manufacturing equipment.Reports To: Section Manager/Manager【 Responsibilities 】- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance, including IMTE / calibration of plant equipment - Plan and coordinate routine & ad-hoc maintenance for building and utility systems - Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical / instrumentation troubleshooting - Carry out basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems, SCADA and HMI - Support new equipment installation, upgrades, feasibility study and planning - Liaise with and supervise contractors for maintenance and repair works - Prepare technical documents, including approval papers, work instructions, training materials, and submissions to authorities - Support spare parts and inventory management (quotation sourcing, price negotiation, ordering) - Support the Technical Department in EHS activities, including risk assessment and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
