Our client, a Japanese IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst / PMO (Transaction Banking Transformation) (Japanese Speaking) to join the team!This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, proposing tailored IT solutions, and leading end-to-end project delivery after contract confirmation. 【 Responsibilities 】- Provide system enhancement support by following up progress with Head Office and Singapore, giving feedback, and supporting QA.- Handle customer migration by making announcements, explaining data format requirements, and arranging penny tests.- Manage interbank data exchange area migration by announcing to banks, clarifying data format requirements, and coordinating penny tests.- Oversee overall task progress and resolve issues.- Review To-Be plan documents in the project.- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis.- Define requirements from a Transaction Banking business perspective, summarize them, and provide feedback to the team.- Arrange and lead internal and inter-departmental discussions with client departments.- Collaborate with ABeam members assigned to the project.

Our client is one of the biggest Japanese Manufacturers. Currently, they are looking for an SAP FICO Solution Architect. This role reports to the Senior Manager.【Responsibilities】- Governance of technical/functional solutions in each phase of the project: requirement gathering, solution design, solution implementation and documentation- Evaluating business requirements, and delivering the solutions to business, also following company compliance/audit/statutory/legal requirements- Overseeing SAP integration with surrounding applications to ensure that new functionalities and enhancements do not adversely affect the existing SAP landscape- Setup SAP knowledge base, maintain and enrich template solutions- Governance of live sites' system support- Working with business users/BPOs to have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements- Provide the functional and technical support of the application to ensure it operates in an optimal mode- Working with external partners including development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions- Estimate the efforts and identify project skill & resource requirements & work with PMO/BPO and other CoE tracks to manage the deliverables on time & budget- Identify the key technical / business operation Gaps and provide innovative and business-orientated solutions to address them promptly- Driving business process standardization and simplification from the regional/Corp level- Not limited only to own track scope, work with other tracks, applications teams and business as one team to optimize End-to-End process
