【 What you will be doing 】
- Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in the internal audit of regional companies and expected to progressively lead audits of smaller Group entities.
- Assisting Internal Audit Manager in planning and executing audit activities across various business units and countries regionally, including risk evaluation and assessment of the internal controls, and recommendation of suitable improvements.
- Drafting of concise and factual observations with appropriate recommendations in audit reports.
- Assisting Internal Audit Manager in establishing risk hypothesis and implementing data analytics methodologies in the planning and fieldwork stages.
- Performing audit follow-ups, present the reports and audit findings to the senior management.

Reporting to: Manager
【What will you be working on】
- General administrative support of the HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle which includes HR administration, staff recruitment & retention, and employee welfare.
- Payroll process (including computation of monthly payroll, annual leave and MC records for all employees) and payout (upload payroll details to payroll software and the bank for payment)
- Administer medical, insurance claims and other related claims
- Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF and IRAS
- Design and develop internal HR policy in support of the Company’s goals and operations requirements
- Manage performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Provide advice to department managers and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Liaise with government bodies for HR function, (MOM, IRAS etc)

This position will provide commercial, logistical and administrative support and is responsible on a day-to-day basis for the timely implementation and execution of freight and commercial transactions, to ensure that all obligations arising from the COAL contracts and charter parties are met and carried out professionally. It offers an excellent opportunity to further develop skills and responsibility within a growing and successful commodity trading business. You will report to the Freight Operations Manager.
【What will you be working on】
- Handle Japanese trades including the proper execution of all freight contracts related to the dedicated vessels, duties to include:
- The nomination of vessels
- The calculation of all Laytime Settlements
- Ensuring that all payments/receipts are properly calculated and executed
- Managing the operating schedules for the individual dedicated vessels
- Work closely / assisting freight operations with daily work tasks including:
- Payment of preliminary and –final disbursements accounts
- Keeping track and chasing of 3rd party outstanding
- Handling settlements in allegro for payment including both freight operations- and bunker payments
- Obtaining info required for credit / KYC purposes
- Tracking of LOIs / OBLs
- Otherwise ad hoc work as agreed and delegated depending on need and capacityBenefit
