Travel & Expense Management- Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa applications, and itineraries.- Manage travel bookings through the company's travel management system.- Prepare and submit expense claims via SAP (training will be provided).- Ensure travel and expense documentation complies with internal policies.- Strategic Administrative Support- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support executive decision-making.- Monitor key follow-ups and ensure executives remain well-prepared for meetings and business engagements.- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.- Maintain confidential documents and executive records with the highest level of discretion.3.
