• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese company providing a global weather information exchange platform, is seeking a Sales Support to join their team.
  The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative work and be committed to long-term growth with the company.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  - Respond to initial inquiries from prospective customers via email, WhatsApp, or phone
  - Prepare purchase orders and contract documents
  - Enter customer information into the internal contract management system and initiate approval workflows
  - Submit internal service orders and setup requests for standard contracts
  - Coordinate with Japan HQ on invoice issuance and reissuance
  - Assist with payment tracking and support local customer billing documentation
  - Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
  - Manage contract periods and update sales statuses in the system
  - Track monthly sales and analyze variances compared to previous months
  - Support customer success for existing clients as needed, depending on capability
