Job Description
Our client, a leading marine engine manufacturing company, is seeking a Japanese-speaking Sales Coordinator for a 6-month maternity cover contract. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations and maintaining strong customer relationships during the coverage period.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure the smooth execution of daily sales activities.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Manage and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Develop an understanding of products, customer needs, and market demand to serve as a bridge between customers and business partners
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover to the returning staff

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Experience in dealing with the Invoices is crucial
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail
(Advantageous)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Working experience in Japanese firmEnglish Level
