This role mainly involves accounting and administrative coordination, including communication with the Tokyo headquarters and overseas vendors.This role reports to the Deputy Managing Director and works closely with colleagues at the Tokyo headquarters.【Responsibilities】- Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties, including reporting and coordination with the Tokyo headquarters (approx. 40%)- Arrange overseas business trips, including coordination with travel agencies, hotels, and local vendors in foreign countries (approx. 40%)- Provide Japanese language translation support for reports related to international conferences (approx. 10%)- Prepare and distribute email newsletters and other communications to stakeholders in Japan (approx. 10%)

This role involves onboard assignments, maintenance of main engines, inspections, and occasional customer visits in collaboration with the sales team.You will report directly to the Project Leader.【 Responsibilities 】- Provide timely and effective technical support for assigned projects.- Carry out onboard maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for main engines.- Assist with the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment when required.- Conduct inspections and clearly explain technical issues and findings to customers.- Accompany the sales team for customer visits as needed (approximately once per week).- Support the Supervisor and/or Project Leader in all aspects of project execution.- Respond directly to customer inquiries after one year, subject to performance and readiness.

They are seeking a Service Engineer (Liferaft) to support inspection, servicing, and certification work both in Singapore and overseas.Reporting To: Department Manager – Liferaft【 Responsibilities 】- Perform annual and 5-yearly inspections, servicing, and certifications of liferafts.- Conduct inflation tests, pressure tests, leak inspections, and repacking.- Inspect and service Life-Saving Appliances (LSA) such as lifejackets, immersion suits, HRU (Hydrostatic Release Unit), EPIRB, and SART.- Prepare service reports, inspection records, and certification documents.- Provide technical explanations and after-service support to customers.- Attend onboard, offshore, and shipyard servicing jobs.- Support overseas service assignments and business trips when required.- Ensure all servicing work complies with IMO, SOLAS, and Class requirements.- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.- Assist in servicing lifeboats and Fire-Fighting Equipment (FFE) as needed
