You will collaborate closely with internal departments and clients to drive product innovation and ensure high-quality results.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead the development and improvement of bakery improvers, formulations, and applications, with a focus on emulsifiers for bread products.- Conduct baking trials and comparison tests to evaluate emulsifier performance.- Provide technical troubleshooting and on-site support to customers and internal teams.- Collaborate with the Sales and Application teams to deliver customized technical solutions that meet client requirements.- Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative product concepts.- Design and execute shelf-life and sensory evaluations to ensure product stability and quality.- Ensure all new and existing products comply with regulatory and food safety standards.- Prepare and present new product concepts to customers and conduct live baking demonstrations during seminars and events.- Supervise and mentor junior technologists, providing technical guidance and leadership.- Maintain accurate documentation of R&D activities, test results, and project progress.- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the lab and production areas.
