Our client specializes in producing a wide range of products for the food industry including oil, noodles, dairy products, and more within the ASEAN region. They are currently looking for a Baker.【 Responsibilities 】- Handle the daily preparation and production of cake products sample - Perform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products - Create new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results / experimentation - Handle the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes - Conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes - Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools - Decorate finished products - Assist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure it is relevant to the current needs of the target customer
