They are currently looking for a Customer Service Operations Representative (Collections).The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support centralized collections operations within the global Accounts Receivable (AR) function. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related matters. The CSR will also contribute to reporting, reviews, and process improvement initiatives.【Responsibilities】- Manage global Accounts Receivable collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts- Monitor and ensure KPIs for overdue balances and AR aging are met- Conduct follow-ups with customers on outstanding payments and resolve collection issues- Participate in AR review meetings with management and relevant stakeholders- Collaborate closely with Finance on payment applications and receipt clearances- Work with Sales, SADM, Support Teams, and Credit Department to address customer delinquency- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, disputes, and escalations- Respond to customer and bank enquiries in a timely and professional manner- Perform system-related transactions, including Oracle adjustments and customer refunds- Handle audit confirmations (statutory audits with auditors and balance confirmations with customers)- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses as required- Provide team support and backup when necessary
