They are looking for Strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager (Fintech & Payment).【Responsibilities】1. Partnership Development & Fintech Ecosystem Building- Support the company's growth initiatives by contributing to payment ecosystem development and regulatory readiness activities.- Build and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, payment networks, banking partners, payment service providers, and other key industry stakeholders.- Explore and develop new partnership opportunities related to payment solutions, digital financial services, and card-related programs.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.2. Business Development & Solution Consulting- Drive revenue growth by promoting the company's payment and SaaS solutions to educational institutions and enterprise customers.- Develop long-term relationships with schools, universities, healthcare organizations, and other institutional clients.- Identify new business opportunities and design tailored payment solutions that address customer needs and operational challenges.- Manage the full sales cycle, from business development and proposal preparation to account management and customer retention.3. Regional Market Expansion- Support the company's expansion strategy by identifying and developing business opportunities across Asia.- Establish and maintain partnerships with local service providers, financial institutions, and strategic partners in target markets.- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of payment solutions.- Contribute to market entry planning, partnership frameworks, and scalable growth strategies to support long-term regional development.
