Product Design & Development- Design and develop IC sockets and/or connectors for semiconductor applications- Develop products using machined parts, stamped parts, and injection-molded components- Lead projects from concept design to mass production, including prototyping, design iterations, and production release- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T for high-precision mechanical components2. Design Quality & Engineering Validation- Conduct DFM / DFA / DFMEA at both part and assembly levels- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation, and define corrective actions- Ensure design robustness for high power, high current, and/or high-speed applications3. Co-Design & Simulation- Collaborate in mechanical, thermal, and electrical co-design activities- Perform mechanical simulation (FEA) using SolidWorks- Conduct thermal simulations for air or liquid cooling solutions using SolidWorks- Perform high-frequency electromagnetic simulation using Ansys HFSS4. Customer & Supplier Interface- Conduct technical discussions with customers- Translate customer requirements into detailed engineering specifications- Coordinate with tool makers, machining vendors, molding suppliers, or in-house factories- Provide technical support during product development and production phases

They are currently seeking a Service Engineer (Fire Fighting Equipment) to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and compliance of all onboard Fire Fighting Equipment.You will be reporting to the department manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Perform inspection, maintenance, and certification of all types of Fire Fighting Equipment, including fire pumps, hoses, extinguishers, and fixed systems.- Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of new FFE onboard vessels or in shipyards.- Prepare service reports, certificates, and maintenance documentation.- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding FFE operations and maintenance.- Attend onboard, offshore, and shipyard servicing jobs.- Support overseas service assignments and business trips.- Ensure all work complies with IMO / SOLAS / Class requirements and safety standards.- Assist in Lifeboat and Liferaft tasks if required.

Project Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for managing engineering projects with a strong understanding of condensation processes and hands-on experience in simple facilities design.【Responsibilities】- Manage and oversee Mechanical Engineering projects from basic to detail engineering through commissioning and completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.- Review project requirements, contractor specifications, and drawings in collaboration with the project team.- Develop and implement project execution plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks.- Serve as the on-site engineering liaison between contractors and the internal project team, ensuring effective control of construction activities, including site safety, supervision, and safe work permit coordination.- Address technical issues arising during construction and ensure significant matters are formally resolved with input from contractors and the internal team.- Report to the Project Manager and coordinate closely with other discipline engineers to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.- Ensure all engineering activities comply with project requirements and specifications.- Review variation orders and provide recommendations for resolution.- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including project management, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.- Collaborate with stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.- Conduct vendor workshops and/or site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.- Prepare and review project documentation, including status updates, budget reports, and technical reports.- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.- Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
