The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's complete turnkey equipment and automation solutions.This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment sales, wafer handling equipment, factory automation, material handling systems or semiconductor automation solutions, who are able to understand customer requirements and work closely with engineering teams to develop appropriate technical and commercial solutions.Department: Sales DepartmentReporting To: Department Head/GM【Responsibilities】- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue, sales and market share targets.- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor and industrial automation industries.- Develop and manage strategic accounts, particularly major semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, OSATs and OEM/EMS customers.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and develop an extensive customer network.- Manage the complete sales cycle, from customer prospecting and requirements gathering through solution proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract closure and project handover.- Promote the complete turnkey equipment and automation solutions, understanding customer requirements and coordinating suitable technical solutions with internal engineering teams.- Engage with customers to understand their manufacturing processes, equipment requirements, automation needs, and technical challenges.- Work closely with engineering and project teams to develop customized solutions based on customer requirements.- Establish pricing strategies, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer demand, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities.- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.- Coordinate customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution proposals.- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to internal engineering, project and technical teams throughout the sales and project lifecycle.- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and solutions.- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market analysis and business development plans for management review.- Lead and guide sales team members, establish priorities and support the team in achieving business objectives.- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, seminars and other business development activities.- Travel occasionally within Singapore and overseas to meet customers and support regional business development activities.
