You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, performance, and compliance with industrial standards, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.【Responsibilities】- Design and develop electronics hardware for industrial controller products.- Conduct end-to-end hardware development including circuit implementation, PCB design, validation testing, and documentation.- Perform circuit simulation, component selection and de-rating, signal integrity and timing analysis.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware design issues; drive quality improvement and feature enhancement in existing products.- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to gather technical requirements and align on design specifications.- Support compliance and validation testing, including EMI/EMC measures and product certification.- Work closely with suppliers to define test methods, identify issues, and implement resolutions.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
