Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, product merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a Senior Executive HR. 【 Responsibilities 】- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, leave management, employee data, and onboarding/offboarding.- Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, interview coordination, and pipeline management.- Assist Management with organizational planning, manpower forecasting, and HR strategies.- Liaise with Japan HQ on HR communication, documentation, and cross-border matters.- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, the Singapore Employment Act, and internal policies.- Update and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.- Handle expatriate administration, including work passes, visa renewals, and relocation support.- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.- Oversee office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.- Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

The primary focus of this role is local corporate support, particularly in office administration, shared services, and expatriate management. A key responsibility will be managing expatriate housing matters, including tenancy coordination and housing-related contracts, as well as overseeing employment and dependent pass processes (with backend processing support available).The role will also take on a secondary responsibility in regional coordination, supporting communication and initiatives across the South Asia region in alignment with Japan headquarters.Reporting to: HR Manager【 Responsibilities 】Local Support (Primary Focus)- Manage office administration and shared services, including sublease/expatriate housing contracts, cost allocation, and administrative budget tracking.- Oversee expatriate housing matters, including tenancy agreements, renewals, and coordination with landlords and agents.- Coordinate employment pass and dependent pass applications for expatriates (backend processing support provided).- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and administrative standards.- Drive digitisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Regional Coordination (Secondary Focus)- Work closely with South Asia country managers to coordinate and implement initiatives driven by the Japan headquarters.- Support regional communication and alignment across the Group company.- Assist in crisis communication, media coordination, and maintaining consistent corporate branding across the region.

They are seeking an Admin Manager (Project Site) to join their team.Reporting to: Senior Admin Manager, Project Management【Responsibilities】1. Site Administration & Coordination- Manage and oversee all site administrative functions, including site coordination and operational support.- Handle the setup of site offices and dormitories, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety requirements.- Coordinate utilities applications and site facility maintenance.- Prepare site documentation and reports required by internal and external stakeholders.2. Licensing & Compliance- Independently manage applications, renewals, and compliance matters with relevant authorities (e.g. SLA, NParks, EMA, PUB, SCDF, MOM).- Handle licensing processes such as TOL (SLA), Dormitory FEDA (MOM), Utilities (PUB/EMA), and Fuel Storage (SCDF).- Liaise directly with LEW, LP, PE, and other specialists to ensure installations and licenses meet statutory requirements.- Monitor environmental and safety controls (ISO, pest control, waste management) and conduct internal audits when necessary.3.
