Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a hands-on and proactive HR professional.This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while also leading HR governance, compliance, and process improvements to support business growth in a dynamic environment.【 Responsibilities 】1. HR Operations- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness- Oversee leave administration, attendance tracking, and employee records management- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding- Handle expatriate administration including work pass applications, renewals, and relocation support- Oversee office administration and coordinate with external vendors and service providers2. HR Governance & Compliance- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.)- Drive HR-related audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance standards are maintained- Identify HR risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures- Establish and standardize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency3. Partner with Management on manpower planning and organizational development- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and HR-related reporting- Liaise closely with Japan HQ on HR matters, reporting, and policy alignment- Act as a key point of contact for employees and provide advisory support on HR matters4. Employee Engagement- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events- Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture5. OthersPerform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

They are looking to hire an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day trading operations.Reporting to: Head of Dept (Trading Manager)【 Responsibilities 】- Handle export/import documentation such as Letter of Credit (including bank negotiation), Bill of Lading, Insurance Certificates, and Certificate of Origin.- Assist in the preparation, vetting, and signing of sales/purchase contracts and other trade/shipping paperwork.- Coordinate with ship brokers, port inspectors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth vessel loading and discharging.- Track vessel status and ensure shipments comply with contractual delivery schedules.- Perform laytime calculations (Guidance will be provided)- Monitor and follow up on payments with banks and counterparties.- Liaise with overseas agents, consultants, trade partners, and authorities to resolve shipping or contract issues promptly.- Maintain contract and shipment schedules and keep records neatly and accurately.- Prepare regular reports for Management.- Maintain a knowledge-management database of updated international trade regulations, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions.- Support process improvements in workflow, efficiency, and internal controls.- Answer operational/trade queries when Traders are unavailable.- Support company events and internal activities (including annual company event in November).- Any other tasks assigned to achieve organizational and team goals.

They are seeking an Admin Manager (Project Site) to join their team.Reporting to: Senior Admin Manager, Project Management【Responsibilities】1. Site Administration & Coordination- Manage and oversee all site administrative functions, including site coordination and operational support.- Handle the setup of site offices and dormitories, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety requirements.- Coordinate utilities applications and site facility maintenance.- Prepare site documentation and reports required by internal and external stakeholders.2. Licensing & Compliance- Independently manage applications, renewals, and compliance matters with relevant authorities (e.g. SLA, NParks, EMA, PUB, SCDF, MOM).- Handle licensing processes such as TOL (SLA), Dormitory FEDA (MOM), Utilities (PUB/EMA), and Fuel Storage (SCDF).- Liaise directly with LEW, LP, PE, and other specialists to ensure installations and licenses meet statutory requirements.- Monitor environmental and safety controls (ISO, pest control, waste management) and conduct internal audits when necessary.3. Administrative & Financial Support- Supervise site procurement and manage petty cash, back charges, and inventory records.- Support project-related financial tasks such as checking invoices, processing purchase orders, and reviewing partner billings.- Assist in preparing and coordinating legal or court-related documentation, and liaise with the company’s internal legal team when necessary.- Handle project insurance matters, including arranging policies, managing claims (C.A.R., TPL, Hull, P&I, WICA), and coordinating with insurers, lawyers, and surveyors.4. HR & General Affairs Support- Administer payroll for site workers and drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Maintain staff records, training schedules, and welfare programs.- Support manpower reporting, attendance tracking, and site directory updates.- Coordinate internal and external visits, site ceremonies, and other event activities.
