Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The Senior Production Support Engineer provides post-sales technical support at customer sites, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production efficiency. This role focuses on production ramp-up, yield and OEE improvement, technical issue resolution, and implementation of performance-enhancing solutions.The incumbent will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and service sales to drive operational excellence and long-term customer satisfaction.【Responsibilities】- Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support for the advanced automated test equipment (ATE).- Support customer production ramp-up and drive improvements in yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, including correlation discrepancies, low yield, and test program challenges.- Lead or support technical problem resolution projects at customer sites.- Collaborate with the Service Sales team to identify opportunities for solution-based services.- Ensure all service contract deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards.- Provide technical feedback to factory teams for product enhancements and new design improvements.- Offer consultancy support to customers on equipment performance optimization.- Lead or assist in equipment integration into customers’ factory automation and smart manufacturing systems.
