Currently, they are looking for Merchandising Associate who will be responsible to support the Merchandising Team to ensure business objectives by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services to ensure the right product, in the right place, time, quantity and price.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Vendor/ Supplier management
- Build strong relationships with category-specific vendors/ suppliers assigned
- Generate periodic Sales Reports and analyse consumer buying patterns and market trends
- Regularly monitor stock status and inventory
- Update retail pricing and planogram. Ensure that pricing is correct and send it to the relevant department (Operations / VM department)
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Review product pricing and profit margins, sales report and sales analysis
- Analyse sales reports, store growth and ranking reports
- Maintain effective communication with various departments. And be the key corresponds with head office buyers in HQ
- Inventory management - review ageing/slow-moving products
- Update promotion list and forward to Operations/VM department as and when there are changes
- Prepare presentations and reports for the management meeting
- Submit damaged goods report to supplier for claims
- Negotiations with brands on promotions and other issues
- Schedule meetings with vendors to address business needs
- Maintain suppliers' information, terms and conditions

【 What you will be doing 】
- Participate in the conceptualization, planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline) for new customers acquisition in key markets to attain sales, conversion and engagement KPIs
- Assist the Manager to monitor and conduct accurate, detailed and timely reporting & analysis throughout and post campaign period based on sales performance, campaign effectiveness and feedback from activities to tweak existing campaign and for new promotion activities moving forward
- Develop suitable marketing support in terms of campaigns, promotions and communication and manage all marketing collaterals including printing, copywriting and proofreading of materials
- Work closely with Tour Agencies, Banks, Credit Cards, Airlines, Payment Gateway e.g.. Alipay, WeChat Pay to drive footfall into the stores and strengthen the company’s presence in a digital world at core markets e.g. PRC, Singapore and so on.
- Data analysis using nationalities, Average Ticket Value, passenger’s traffic reports, STB / CAG reports etc. to add value to marketing efforts and results.
- Work alongside Brands, VMD and designer to develop and deploy supporting creative assets for in-store promotions and activities Taking instructions from the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth implementation of marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure smooth operations for campaigns, promotions and activities from start to finish by working closely with cross functional team members and offering guidance to relevant teams
