This role plays a crucial part in supporting sales performance and maintaining brand standards in the FMCG retail environment.【Responsibilities】- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.- Monitor and report stock levels, display issues, and competitor activities to the Sales Executive.- Replenish and merchandise stocks to ensure attractive and organized displays.- Negotiate with store personnel for better shelf positions and additional space.- Execute promotions and ensure timely placement of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).- Maintain stock hygiene and prevent out-of-stock situations.- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.- Ensure workplace safety and security compliance.- Perform other duties as assigned.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining product reliability and compliance within the company's manufacturing operations.【Responsibilities】- Conduct sampling, inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods according to specifications.- Receive, label, and store laboratory samples with appropriate safety and hazard information.- Review and verify incoming Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for compliance.- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration schedules, and inventory of consumables.- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and traceability of laboratory test results.- Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration to validate testing results.- Identify, report, and document quality or safety non-conformances promptly.- Issue non-conformity reports to suppliers and follow up on corrective actions.- Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).- Ensure compliance with QEHSMS, ISO standards, and workplace safety regulations.- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and laboratory security standards.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the QA Manager.
