This position will be responsible for all QC tasks.You will be reporting to the Managing Director, Director & Production Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Products: Salmon and fish processing factory raw materials- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.- Receiving, labelling and analyzing samples for production (Raw material, intermediate products, final products etc.) - Maintain up-to-date quality control programs, policies, process workflows, procedures and work instructions- Create, and implement documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory- Preparing a manual for their products- Initiate actions to investigate customer complaints in consultation with relevant team members- Following the Sales representative to visit the client site if there is any trouble or complaint (Flow creation and response when there is a complaint)- Collect comprehensive evidence/crucial data, provide sound reasoning and propose possible root causes for customer complaints and internal rejection- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality enhancements. (communicate with factory and HQ overseas)- Undertake any duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
