    Our client specializes in the purchase and sales of pre-owned brand-name goods from Japan. The duties of an Assistant Shop Manager include selecting and evaluating expensive goods. They plan to expand the store in the near future. There will be a career advancement to be a Manager in the near future.

    【What will you be working on】
    - Learn and master the skills of an appraiser to determine the value of luxury goods across multiple brands based on authenticity and condition.
    - Establish trust and long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
    - Assist customers in locating the appropriate items.
    - Informing customers about shop promotions in order to increase sales 
    - Provide sales services and product advice to customers
    - Assist customers and make recommendations based on their needs.
    - Responding to customer inquiries 
    - Maintaining store cleanliness and standards
    - Visual display in accordance with guidelines provided as and when required

  • Requirement

    - Inexperience candidate is welcome to apply, training will be provided!
    - An outgoing and positive attitude, with the ability to converse and engage customers with ease.
    - Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are required.
    - Willing to work on weekends
    - Any level of Japanese is acceptable as long as you have studied Japanese.
    It is better if you are interested in or studying Japanese for a simple conversation with colleagues.
