    Our client is a prestigious Japanese luxury jewellery brand, renowned for its exquisite pearl creations and backed by over 100 years of heritage. With their retail expansion in Singapore, they are now seeking Sales Associate to join their growing team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Deliver an exceptional client experience through strong product knowledge and expertise across various jewellery categories
    - Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance client experience and increase overall purchase value
    - Provide personalized assistance to clients in selecting items that suit their needs and preferences
    - Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
    - Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering and transaction handling
    - Actively promote products and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets
    - Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury jewellery or a similar industry
    - Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
    - Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
