  • Job Description

    Our client is a local trading company specializing in FMCG products that are mainly from South Korea, Thailand, the Netherlands, etc.
    They are looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about brand building, creative in execution, and comfortable working in a dynamic small company environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of marketing activities from strategy to execution for our assigned brands, with a strong blend of traditional and digital marketing capabilities.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
    - Plan and execute integrated marketing activities, including promotions, print advertisements, in-store displays, product launches, and events.
    - Create and manage thematic advertising campaigns and joint promotions with retail and trade partners.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade channels to secure visibility and promotional support.
    - Monitor, manage, and report on the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
    - Conceptualize and drive digital marketing initiatives, including content planning, social media campaigns, eDMs, and paid advertising.
    - Handle end-to-end content creation, including visual design and copywriting for online and offline materials.
    - Track and analyze campaign performance (offline and digital) to optimize strategy and ROI.
    - Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or similar
    - Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing in the FMCG, consumer goods, or trade marketing
    - Familiarity with local supermarket and trends
    - Comfortable working in a small team/SME environment
    - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (for example, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
    - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Able to independently create and manage marketing content
    - Able to join within 1 month or on short notice

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with event coordination, POSM, or BTL marketing is an advantage.
