They are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Senior Officer to provide essential clerical, logistics, and administrative support for trade documentation and coordination for the Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) department.Reporting to: Department Manager【Responsibilities】- Provide logistics and documentation functions to facilitate shipment of polyethylene shipments - Coordinate with the finance and account team in the LC and finance matter. - Coordinate with headquarter and forwarders to manage schedules and stock as requested. - Coordinate and monitor with oversea offices and customers for payment, including opening LC, amendments until funds are received.- Build a good relationship with suppliers. - Maintain regulatory compliance of activities in assigned area. - Provide feedback of any improvement or incidents (if any) to superior. - Manage outstanding invoices/customers’ complaints
